4X LIGHT WARRANTY POLICY

BEST WARRANTY IN THE BUSINESS 

We believe in our LED Driving Lights and we believe you should enjoy using them without hassles and headaches. That’s why we’ve got your back! With a 5 Year Warranty on our LED Light bars and 24 Months on our LED Work Lights, you can buy and enjoy our lighting with the knowledge that we’ve got you covered.

WHEN THINGS GO WRONG. 

STEDI has earned a reputation for designing some of the most durable lights in the game. In the rare occasion that one of their products fail our policy is as follows:

  • You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for major fault.
  • If the fault is minor and can be repaired within a reasonable time, it is at 4X Light’s discretion to either repair, replace or refund.
  • If the fault is major and cannot be repaired within a reasonable time, the buyer has the option to choose a refund, repair or replacement.

Definition of Major and Minor faults; A Major fault is a defect that cannot be repaired within a reasonable time. A minor fault is a defect which is easily repairable in a short period of time.

4X Light will not be responsible for damage or failure of any component due to misuse, abuse, acts of nature, accidents, collisions, collisions with flying debris, incorrect installation, alteration or modification of any type. We will also not be responsible for any damage to the light or vehicle incurred while negligently operating the lights with the covers affixed. This warranty does not cover any possible bodily injury and/or property damage incurred during installation or use of STEDI Lights.

This warranty is void if the goods (the lights) are disassembled by the customer (buyer), or if there is any evidence of seal tampering, removal of bezel or bezel bolts.

4X Light will not be liable to the purchaser or anyone else for incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, indirect, or punitive damages arising from any defect, including but not limited to, personal injury, death, property damage, lost profits, or other economic injuries.

4X Light shall not be liable for expenses incurred in the use of a product and/or the removal and re-installation or troubleshooting of a product requiring service or repair or for the packaging or handling.

4X Light must receive a faulty product back before processing a warranty replacement item to be dispatched.

The warranty period commences strictly from the date of original purchase. Warranty replacements carry the remaining time of the original warranty.

2 YEAR WARRANTY 

0 to 1 Year:  Defective product is either repaired or replaced as determined by 4X Light. Return shipping, parts covered by 4X Light

1 to 2 years: Products determine to have manufacturers fault are strictly repaired only. All parts and return shipping covered by 4X Light.

5 YEAR WARRANTY 

0 to 1 Year:  Defective product is either repaired or replaced as determined by 4X Light. Return shipping, parts and 4X Light’s labor covered by 4x Light

1 to 2 years: Products determine to have manufacturers fault are strictly repaired only. All parts and return shipping covered by 4X Light.

2 to 5 years:  Products determine to have manufacturers fault are strictly repaired only. All parts, labour and return shipping covered by the Buyer.

Our Warranty does not cover cosmetic wear and tear. Never use a caustic or petroleum base cleaner on any surface of the light; this may cause failure of the lenses and seals and reduce clarity resulting in a reduction of light output.

All warranties are strictly non-transferable, and apply only to the original purchaser of the product.

In the event your product is replaced, it will only be replaced with the identical product. We strictly do not offer any option to upgrade to an alternate product.
